Workflows are Incode’s modern journey builder and the recommended way to configure verification journeys. They allow you to:

• Support multi-layered verification strategies
• Create and maintain journeys without writing code

Workflows are designed to scale with complex business logic while remaining easy to manage and iterate.

Legacy: Flows

Flows provide a more standardized configuration model based on predefined module setups. They are still supported for existing implementations and simpler use cases. For new implementations, Incode strongly recommends using Workflows instead due to their flexibility and long-term scalability.
