CIAM Integrations
Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) integrations add Incode identity verification as a step within your customer-facing authentication flows. They are designed for use cases where verifying the identity of an end user — not an employee — is required as part of sign-up, login, or a sensitive transaction.
Rather than building a custom identity verification flow from scratch, these integrations allow you to embed Incode IDV directly into the authentication platform your application already uses. The verified result is returned to the CIAM platform and can be used to gate access, populate user profile attributes, or trigger downstream compliance workflows.
Note: Integrations require the Integrations Ecosystem feature to be enabled for your organization. Once enabled, you will have access to a new page called Integrations. Contact your Incode representative to enable this feature.
