CRM Integrations
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) integrations connect Incode identity verification to the platforms your sales and operations teams use to manage customer relationships. They are designed for use cases where verifying a customer's identity is a required step before activating an account, completing a regulated transaction, or progressing through an onboarding workflow.
Verification is triggered directly from within the customer record and results are written back automatically.
NoteThe Integrations Ecosystem feature must be enabled for your organization before you can access the Integrations page. Contact your Incode Representative to enable this feature.
