HR Integrations

HR integrations allow identity verification to be initiated from your human resources platform as part of hiring and onboarding workflows. They are designed for pre-employment and new-hire use cases, where verifying a candidate's or new employee's legal identity is a required step before they can access company systems or complete onboarding.

Rather than running identity verification as a separate process outside your HR platform, these integrations allow verification to be triggered directly from the tools your HR and recruiting teams already use.

Note: Integrations require the Integrations Ecosystem feature to be enabled for your organization. Once enabled, you will have access to a new page called Integrations. Contact your Incode representative to enable this feature.

Candidate Verification

For candidate-based use cases that do not require a direct ATS integration, the Custom API integration can be used to trigger verification sessions programmatically via the Request New Onboarding API. This approach works with any system and does not require a pre-built connector.
