Recruitment Integrations
Recruitment integrations allow identity verification to be initiated from your applicant tracking system (ATS) as part of the hiring process. They are designed for candidate verification use cases, where confirming a candidate's legal identity is a required step before an offer is extended, a background check is initiated, or onboarding begins.
Rather than running identity verification as a separate process outside your ATS, these integrations allow verification to be triggered directly from the tools your recruiting teams already use.
When a verification is triggered from a recruitment platform, Incode delivers a one-time verification link to the candidate via email. The candidate completes the session on their mobile device and the result is returned to the originating platform automatically.
Note: Integrations require the Integrations Ecosystem feature to be enabled for your organization. Once enabled, you will have access to a new page called Integrations. Contact your Incode representative to enable this feature.
