eKYC Pre-fill looks up an end user in recognized identity data sources from one or two identifiers, such as a phone number or a tax ID, and returns the personal data the source holds: name, date of birth, addresses, emails, phone details, and risk signals. It lowers onboarding friction by filling in data the end user would otherwise have to type, and gives downstream steps an authoritative record to work with.

How it Works
When this module runs, Incode looks up the end user in the data source configured for the session's country and source, using the identifiers that configuration requires. The module returns the person's data as the source holds it, together with a check status that downstream Workflow or Flow steps can act on.
By default, the module performs the following:
- Looks up the end user in the data source for the session's configured country and source.
- Returns the person's data the source holds: name, date of birth, addresses, emails, phone details, and risk signals.
- Stores the result and a check status with the session.
This module can also be configured to:
- Select which identifiers are sent to find the person, from the ones the chosen source accepts.
- Return driver's license data the source holds, when enabled.
