Incode Flows Integration

The Incode Dashboard supports two ways to configure how your customers verify their identities. Both methods help you to configure the modules and processes that best meets your business needs and risk preferences. The options are:

• Flows: The method covered in this section. Flows allow you to select from a list of modules to set up one or more standard configurations. This method is older and has disadvantages compared to Workflows.

While Flows are still supported, we highly recommend that you use Workflows instead.

• Workflows: This newer method offers significant advantages over Flows, including:
  • More customization options
  • Conditional branching support
